Passion for cooking is inevitable, originating within my Italian roots. However, a deeper understanding of food and its mira- culous effects on our body and health brought me into a completely new

I am a passionate collector of the unique moments and a believer in the Pura Vida lifestyle.world of discoveries and excitement to experiment with plant-based cuisine, fermen- tation, baking gluten-free bread or making my homemade kombucha. Sharing this knowledge and indulging my guests with healthy and delicious food gave me a new impulse to thrive in my life.

I firmly believe the present and future of gastronomy belong to those who embrace the healing power of the food and do not compromise its beauty and deliciousness.

Some of the biggest superyachts in the world recognised my passion for food and cooking. I had the honor to work as a sous chef for several royal families, where I have been asked on few occasions to cook privately for some of the most incredible DJ’s of the world.
