Passion for cooking is inevitable, originating within my Italian roots. However, a deeper understanding of food and its mira- culous effects on our body and health brought me into a completely new
I am a passionate collector of the unique moments and a believer in the Pura Vida lifestyle.world of discoveries and excitement to experiment with plant-based cuisine, fermen- tation, baking gluten-free bread or making my homemade kombucha. Sharing this knowledge and indulging my guests with healthy and delicious food gave me a new impulse to thrive in my life.

A Shared Experience
Having worked for Michelin star restaurants such as Riccardo De Prà*, Antony Genovese**, Rasmus Kofoed***, Mauro Colagreco*** gave me a solid understanding of techniques and a detailed eye for every single ingredient I am working.
Some of the biggest superyachts in the world recognised my passion for food and cooking. I had the honour to work as a sous chef for several royal families, where I have been asked on few occasions to cook privately for some of the most incredi- ble DJ’ of the world.
I firmly believe the present and future of gastronomy belong to those who embrace the healing power of the food and do not compromise its beauty and deliciousness.

ALMA International school of Italian cuisine based in Parma, Italy
The School of Italian Cuisine is hosted in the magnificent Ducal Palace of Colorno, located in a beautiful Italian-style garden.

Organic Ingredients
All my menus are cooked with organic ingredients chosen meticulously by me, for give an unforgettable experience to the guests. Most of my shopping is done at Mercado Santa Catelina, where is possible to find the best wild fish from the Mediterranean sea and organic and tasty vegetables from the local farmers.
Cooking Classes
After many years of experience, I discovered one of my passion is teaching to others what I learned.
